The house has two floors. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall one bathroom, a lovely patio, a living room/dining room, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and a splendid fireplace, where you can prepare delicious toasts. Not to mention almost unforgettable gatherings around the fire shared with friends and family.
The first floor is divided into two areas and has four very large rooms, all whit fan, a double and triple with en suite bathrooms and another double and triple with a shared bathroom. The house has central heating and can accommodate up to nine people.
Right in front of the house, crossing a very quiet street, we have a 1800 m2 garden, equipped with a swimming pool, covered barbecue with a sink, fridge and toilet, porch with a large dining table, a small playground, soccer goal, and free closed outdoor car park.
The 8X4 pool is salt chlorinated, much healthier than traditional chlorine pools, it has the same concentration of salt as a tear, doesn't harm the skin or hair, doesn't discolor the swimwear and gives a very pleasant feeling to the skin.
